Massage Therapy is often thought of as a luxury or vacation spa treatment. I consider it essential for your personal wellness and well being. It’s a proactive approach to your mental and physical health. Massage works to reset your central nervous system and bring you back to a neutral space. Working tight and fatigued muscles is great, but that’s just a part of the massage. My massage incorporates different types of massage depending on what we decide together is just right for you. We work together to find what will be most beneficial for you. Clients leave my massage feeling relaxed, yet energized. They are often surprised at how calm they feel after a session.

I am available by appointment ONLY on Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
