I’m so excited you stopped by! I have been a licensed massage therapist for over a decade, and early on in my work I recognized that it was about so much more than just massage. Bodywork was a connection, a clearing, a form of deep healing that could be obtained when an individual moved into a space of trust and worked openly with me.

 

I am a master for advocating for your body. I tune into bodies on another level, listening to those whispers (and sometimes screams) that most have become conditioned to ignoring or just plain accepting. Physical pain in the body, especially long-standing pain, can often be linked to other aspects of life – from stress and anxiety, to past hurts and experiences. Coaching my clients through what their body is intuitively telling me, as well as discussing their physical symptoms, allows my clients to understand, and move through, their pain on a completely different level.

 

As I’ve expanded my intuitive understanding of the body, I have had the opportunity to study under and learn from some of the most amazing experts and teachers: Andrea Beaman (thyroid expert, holistic health coach), Laura Wieck (Body Mind Coaching Program), Peig Myota (Spiritual Counselor and Metaphysical Teacher), Sam Belyea (The Foot Whisperer), and Peggy Huddleston (creator of the Prepare for Surgery, Heal Faster course).
